Great service and amazing dark chocolate vegan gelato!!!
“Why, what for? Are you going to buy?” was said to me AFTER spending $21 on their cookies. For my first time I tried 4 flavours with no one in line behind me. Did not like any. So landed buying three cookies. Then saw a trophy sticker next to the chocolate asked as my last sample. She rudely asked “Why, Why, what for? Are you going to buy?” (I still wanted gelato) Surprisingly she still rudely gave me the sample.I always go out for gelato on holidays this is the first time I tried more than three flavours because everything was below average even before the very rude service.
The only way we can cap off a Broady date night. It's so hard to pick just one favourite!

Six years of visiting and as delicious as ever. Friendly staff and Amazing flavour choices (Coconut is my favourite, but Turkish delight is Devine). Delicious at any time of the day - brunch, morning tea, lunch, lunch-desert, afternoon tea, dinner, dinner-desert or a late night snack. If you’re looking for a meal replacement, just get two scoops! You’re welcome!! See you next year!

First time having gelato ice cream in Australia and I ate 3 flavours which are hazelnut, coffee crunch and salted caramel. Lastly, the quality and greatness of all 3 are equally good. 9.5 out of 10.
Delicious gelato with a variety of flavours! We ordered lemon and mango, and both were fresh, creamy, and full of flavour. The staff were polite and friendly, and the place had a nice atmosphere. Perfect spot for a sweet treat!
Great gelato, great flavours and great location. It was so delicious, creamy and fresh. It was so nice to grab some fresh gelato and relax out the front on the dining tables and enjoy the serenity. We were luck enough to visit while the county music festival was on. What a vibe, and the staff done a awesome job getting customers in and out of the place when they were so busy.
Absolutely LOVE The Gelato Shop! Always served by the nicest couple, and you can tell they both really care about the place. All the flavours are great, but the Ferrero Rocher one is definitely my favourite 🤎
Excellent gelato & smooth creamy taste and wonderful range inc dairy free. Great toppings and nice views with an outdoor area with space to sit in the sun and enjoy. Kids cups can even have 2 flavours! Pre-made choc dipped selections for a little something for a beach stroll are great walking desert stroll.
Their Diary Free Sorbet is so creamy, it’s like Ice Cream. I don’t usually like sorbet as its icey not creamy. Not the case at the Gelato Shop. Totally recommend if you are diary free.
The Gelato shop was middle of different bars and restaurants. Calling out to us as we ate our lunch. As we got there, we saw the display window, full of ice-cream. It was one of the best displayed Gelato I had seen. We went for the double Chocolate option. I would recommend that option. Only downside of the experience (small) was there was only one staff member serving, which increased the time for us to eat the delicious ice-cream.
Popped in for a sweet treat, tried the "Turkish Delight" flavour and oh my 😍 absolutely delicious. Staff were very friendly and gave great service. We'll be back in summer for sure!
